COSMETIC REGISTRATION SERVICES

NOC for Import of Cosmetics for R&D purposes like Packaging Trials, Consumer Studies, Shelf Life Studies and Transport Studies

As per CDSCO Regulation Any product Imported in Country must be Registered with CDSCO, However for Purpose of Research and Development activities such as Packaging Trials, Consumer studies and Transport Studies Registration certificate is not Mandatory, Such approvals has to be taken at Concerned Port offices from Customs itself.Written Application to Port Offices must be Submitted for approval from Customs for Clearance of Consignments for Import of such activities.
