Any additional regulatory requirement?

Yes, In addition to above process, there will be one additional regulatory document that will be required to be processed.

Manufacturing License

Notarized Copy of Manufacturing license/Repackaging license issued by the State Licensing Authority not submitted if the proposed products are imported in bulk for repacking/relabeling.

Accordingly, we need a notarized copy of the manufacturing license/ Repacking License of the Repacker, with the products to be repacked/relabelled endorsed in this license. This notarized license needs to be submitted along with the application for registration of cosmetics in Form 43 through the applicant’s online Sugam account.
